For general support, bug reports, or account issues, email us at support@tradeproof.ai. We aim to respond within 24 hours on business days.
Account Deletion
You can delete your account and all associated data in two ways:
- In-app: Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account
- Email: Send a deletion request to support@tradeproof.ai from the email address associated with your account
All deletion requests are processed within 14 days. This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Your setups, comments, credibility history, and profile will be permanently removed.
Subscription Management
TradeProof AI subscriptions are managed through Apple or Google:
- iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → TradeProof AI
- Android: Google Play → Subscriptions → TradeProof AI
To cancel, turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. If you believe you were charged in error, contact Apple or Google directly for a refund, or reach out to us for assistance.
Report Abuse
To report a user or setup that violates our Terms of Service, use the three-dot menu on any setup card to select "Report" or "Block." You can also email reports to support@tradeproof.ai with the username and details of the violation.
Bug Reports
Found a bug? Email bugs@tradeproof.ai with your device model, OS version, app version, and a description of the issue. Screenshots are appreciated.
