Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TradeProof AI mobile application and website (the "Service"), operated by TradeProof AI ("we," "us," or "TradeProof AI"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use TradeProof AI. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
2. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
3. Not Financial Advice
TradeProof AI is a social platform for sharing trading analysis. We do not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. All trade setups, credibility scores, and analysis shared on the platform are user-generated content and are for informational and educational purposes only. Trading cryptocurrency involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every person. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions. Past performance of any trader on TradeProof AI does not guarantee future results.
4. Non-Custodial Platform
TradeProof AI does not hold, manage, or have access to user funds. We do not execute trades on your behalf. We do not connect to exchange trading APIs. We do not store exchange API keys, private keys, or seed phrases. Position verification is performed using publicly available blockchain data, user-submitted screenshots, or transaction hashes — none of which grant us access to your accounts or funds.
5. User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of content you post on TradeProof AI. By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you post and represent that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Post false or misleading trade setups with intent to manipulate other users' trading decisions
- Submit falsified screenshots for position verification
- Engage in spam, market manipulation, or coordinated pump-and-dump schemes
- Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
- Create multiple accounts to artificially inflate credibility scores
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. Falsified position verification submissions will result in a permanent credibility score penalty.
7. Subscriptions and Payments
TradeProof AI offers free and paid subscription tiers (Pro and Elite). By purchasing a subscription:
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective refund policies.
8. Content Moderation
TradeProof AI includes content moderation tools including the ability to report setups, comments, and users, the ability to block users, and manual and automated review of reported content. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms at our sole discretion.
9. Intellectual Property
The TradeProof AI name, logo, design, and software are the intellectual property of TradeProof AI. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeProof AI and TradeProof AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to trading losses, loss of data, or loss of profits. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any credibility scores, setup outcomes, or user-generated content.
12. Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time through the app's Settings screen or by contacting support@tradeproof.ai. We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
